Essential is for those who want a comprehensive preventive health checkup that includes vital signs, blood tests, a clinical medical assessment, a lifestyle review, and a personalized health report.
Premium
Premium includes everything in the Essential package and provides a more in-depth health assessment. The package also includes a cardiopulmonary fitness assessment using Seismofit, a more detailed review of your results and lifestyle factors, and an ultrasound examination of the carotid arteries, neck vessels, and thyroid gland.
Executive
The Executive Health Examination is Capio’s most comprehensive health package. It includes a full-body MRI scan as a central part of the examination, providing a broad overview of large parts of the body without the use of radiation.
The package combines advanced diagnostic imaging with an initial consultation, an ultrasound examination, a clinical medical examination, blood tests, a lifestyle review, and personalized recommendations. This provides you with a comprehensive preventive health assessment that includes medical evaluation, imaging, measurements, and personalized guidance.
Optional add-ons
In addition to the selected health package, you can choose relevant add-ons based on your needs, symptoms, medical history, or clinical indication. Add-ons may include a dermatological examination, a cardiological examination, a colonoscopy, a DEXA scan, clinical mammography, a gynecological examination, a menopause assessment, an ultrasound examination of the testicles or prostate, and an assessment of age-related testosterone deficiency.

The assessment is based on your current state of health, the questionnaire you completed online, relevant measurements, blood tests, and a medical evaluation. This provides you with a comprehensive assessment of your health that takes into account your lifestyle, symptoms, family history, and any risk factors.
The goal is to provide you with knowledge that you can actively apply. This might include insights into blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, lung function, heart rate, body composition, or other factors that may affect your health and well-being.
After the examination, you will receive personalized advice and specific recommendations on how to improve your health through lifestyle changes, preventive measures, and any necessary follow-up care. Why aren't tumor marker blood tests included in the packages?
At Capio, we do not routinely offer tumor marker blood tests as part of preventive health screenings for people without symptoms.
This is because tumor marker blood tests are not accurate enough for general screening. A test result may be elevated even when there is no cancer, and it may be normal even when there is a disease. Therefore, the test can cause unnecessary worry, give a false sense of security, and lead to tests that may not necessarily benefit you.
Instead, our health packages are based on a comprehensive, medically-based assessment of your health. We combine a digital questionnaire, a consultation, a clinical examination, relevant measurements, and blood tests to provide insight into your body’s key functions and risk factors.
If the medical examination raises concerns about a potential health condition, we will advise you on appropriate follow-up care and further testing.
