Medicine

Some medications can cause problems with potency, including several antipsychotics and antidepressants. Beta blockers can also have a negative effect on the ability to achieve and maintain an erection. Therefore, although it can be uncomfortable, it's important that you mention to your doctor or psychiatrist if you experience erectile dysfunction after starting any of the above-mentioned medications.
