The two healthcare companies Alles Lægehus and Vikteam become part of the Capio hospital, which offers treatment in a wide range of healthcare specialties across the country. By partnering with Capio, alles Lægehus and Vikteam continue their development as innovative healthcare companies, offering patients access to doctors and nurses in places where there are otherwise challenges in providing the services they need.

 

High-quality treatment and care has always been the guiding principle for Alles Lægehus and Vikteam. Just as it is for Capio, which with departments in Viborg, Skørping, Aarhus, Odense and Hellerup offers high-quality treatment within a wide range of healthcare specialties.

Today, Alles Lægehus operates 32 medical practice clinics across the country - particularly for healthcare professionals and general practitioners who want to work in a clinic without the administrative and practical tasks that come with the responsibility of running the full medical practice. Vikteam provides doctors and nurses in Denmark and throughout Scandinavia. Vikteam is aimed at doctors and nurses who want to offer their labor on flexible terms - and in this way contribute to the overall healthcare offer

Healthcare entrepreneur Thomas Helt is the man behind Alles Lægehus and Vikteam, which he built and is currently chairman of the board of directors. He is excited to become part of a larger organization

With the agreement, Capio acquires 51 percent of alles Lægehus and Vikteam, and thus the two companies will continue to operate under their own names in a partnership that over time will lead to full joint ownership. The partnership will enter into force on October 1, 2021, and Thomas Helt will continue as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alles Lægehus and Vikteam.
