Patient satisfaction at the top

We continuously measure our patients' satisfaction with the treatment and service they have received from us. We have just published the results from the second half of 2017. See them here.

The overall picture is one of highly satisfied patients in both the first and second half of 2017. There are very small fluctuations between the two halves of the year, and in most cases, these fluctuations are still within the 'Very satisfied' or 'Satisfied' response options.

The proportion of patients who would recommend us to others in their social circle is unchanged from the first half of 2017. 97% of respondents answered that they would recommend us to others in their social circle, and only 3% answered 'Don't know'.
