Access your e-journal via sundhed.dk

As a patient at Capio Privathospital, you have the option of having your medical records uploaded to sundhed.dk, where you can also find your medical records from the public healthcare system, so you can easily access them online.

Here's how to do it

As a patient at Capio Privathospital, you have the option of having your medical records uploaded to sundhed.dk, where you can also find your medical records from the public healthcare system.

This means that you can always easily access your medical record and information from your course of treatment at Capio, and other healthcare providers can access the information with your consent for any subsequent assessment and treatment.

Give consent to the e-journal

Before we can put your medical record on sundhed.dk, we need your consent to do so. We therefore ask you to indicate whether you want your medical record on sundhed.dk on the consent form you fill out on your first visit with us.

If you have previously been on a course with us and would like the medical record from this course to be posted on sundhed.dk, you can contact us and give your consent verbally over the phone.

How to get access

If you have consented to your medical record being posted on sundhed.dk, you simply need to log in to sundhed.dk with your NemID/MitID to read your medical record.

You're in full control

On sundhed.dk, you can specify whether you want one or more of your courses to be kept private and not shared with other healthcare providers. You do this under Private marking. You can find a guide to private marking here.
