Managers and employees work closely together
It is important to us at Capio that managers and employees across professional groups work closely together. This takes place in small teams with shared responsibility for operations, planning and patient care. This provides a good basis for getting to know each other, while at the same time creating trust and security in the collaboration and a willingness to help each other.
