At Capio, development, unity and community are an important part of our spirit and culture. We want to offer our employees the opportunity to meet their colleagues from Capio's other hospitals at events with presentations, lectures and entertainment that can bring colleagues together for new knowledge and fun times. In 2022, we hosted Capio Days, which created a strong sense of unity - both professionally and socially - across professional groups and regions.
It is important to us at Capio that managers and employees across professional groups work closely together. This takes place in small teams with shared responsibility for operations, planning and patient care. This provides a good basis for getting to know each other, while at the same time creating trust and security in the collaboration and a willingness to help each other.
As all our hospitals are local departments, you will meet your management in the day-to-day running of the hospital. We find that our employees appreciate this, as it gives you a greater opportunity to influence everyday life and creates motivation to get involved in the workplace.
