Breast formation in men (gynecomastia)

Male breast development is a normal condition that affects almost half of all men. In most cases, the direct cause of the gynecomastia is unknown and will not require treatment. If the condition is severe and bothersome to the man, surgery may be an option.

During surgery, unwanted glandular and/or fatty tissue is removed. In some cases, liposuction may be sufficient. This depends on the firmness and size of the mammary gland itself. Sometimes it is also necessary to remove excess skin if the breast is very saggy. If you are overweight, it is recommended that you lose weight before any surgical treatment.

We always do a thorough pre-investigation

It is important to have a thorough preliminary examination.
