Meniscus injuries
The meniscus consists of two cartilage discs in the knee. An injury to the meniscus often manifests itself as stabbing pain, which is especially triggered by rotational movements and stairs. It is often necessary to perform an MRI scan and possibly arthroscopic surgery (arthroscopy) of the knee in order to make the correct diagnosis. Cruciate ligament reconstruction
ACLs are ligaments found inside the knee joint whose function is to support and stabilize the knee. Knee stabilization surgery

Runner's knee
Runner's knee is an overuse injury on the outside of the knee where a bursa and tendon sheath become irritated, causing pain. The condition is very common in long-distance runners and cyclists.
To reduce the rubbing and irritation, it may be necessary to change your exercise and usual activity level. In rare chronic cases, surgery may be required to split the tendon sheath to create more space.
Jumper's knee
Jumper's knee is an overuse injury of the patellar tendon. A lot of jumping, jumping off and landing, as well as rapid changes in direction can cause overloading of the tendon. Treatment involves special rehabilitation and reducing or rearranging (sports) activity to reduce the strain on the tendon. In a few cases, surgery may be considered.
