The specialists always work according to the Danish Health Authority's guidelines and only use professionally recognized plastic surgery surgical methods and materials.

At Capio, we take the time for a preliminary consultation, where we can align expectations for the outcome and give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. You are always welcome to bring a relative to the consultation. At least one week must pass from the preliminary examination to the surgery if the procedure is considered purely cosmetic.

Eyelids

Turkey neck

Turkey neck occurs in some older people and is caused by excess skin forming under the chin as a result of natural ageing processes. If the turkey neck is bothersome, it is possible to have it surgically corrected by one of our plastic surgery specialists.

Loose skin in the corner of the mouth

Skin tags at the corner of the mouth can be removed directly with a small surgical procedure. The ideal candidate is a slim person with loose skin at the corner of the mouth. Thick and inelastic skin is not suitable for the surgery. A prerequisite for surgery is that you are a non-smoker, as smoking significantly increases the risk of complications.
