The Gold package includes all elements of the Bronze package, as well as a test of your heart function during physical work (work ECG), which is assessed by a cardiologist, and a calculation of your fitness level based on the test.

In addition, the silver package includes a more in-depth conversation with a review of lifestyle factors and organ systems, as well as a health plan with diet and exercise advice based on the results of the survey.

The Gold package contains:
