The government has decided to temporarily suspend the treatment guarantee.
This means that you are no longer entitled to be assessed or treated within 30 days.
However, affiliation agreements have now been signed with each region, which means you can still be treated, examined and assessed with us.
If you are a public patient at Capio Private Hospital, the suspension means that you are no longer entitled to be examined or treated within 30 days. The affiliation agreements mean that you can instead be treated, examined or assessed by us within 5 weeks of receiving your referral.
If you are already on a course of treatment with us, you will complete your treatment and will not be affected by the suspension.

If you wish to use your health insurance with us, this is still possible. We continue to maintain our agreement with the insurance companies and ensure you a quick appointment for both examination and treatment, including surgery.

If you are a self-payer/private patient, you still have the opportunity to quickly come to us for a preliminary examination and treatment without a referral from your own doctor or hospital. Imaging examinations are excluded (X-rays, including DEXA scans, ultrasound scans, mammography and MRI scans, including prostate scans), as these require a referral.
