Capio performs very well in the latest LUP survey, LUP 2020. Especially among inpatients, we are above the national average on 30 of a total of 33 parameters. We are incredibly happy and proud of this, and we greatly appreciate the patients' fine assessment of our hospital and work.
When it comes to the outpatient survey, it's clear to see that the Corona pandemic and the resulting busyness and restrictions have been felt by our patients, despite our continuous efforts to run our programs with the least possible impact on patients. Naturally, we take note of this and see the results as a springboard to optimize the patient journey even further.
There are a number of key points we want to work on so that both our patients and their relatives have a good and satisfactory experience when they visit one of our hospitals. We will do our best to ensure that all patients feel welcome and that we have the time needed to deal with their specific issues. And we will do our best to ensure that both patients and relatives are involved in the decision-making process in relation to treatment.
In Capio's own patient satisfaction survey, which is published twice a year, satisfaction is also high. A full 99% of our surveyed patients state that they would recommend Capio to someone else in their circle, which is something we are very proud of. It is clear to us that the 2020 LUP survey was conducted during a period when we were extraordinarily busy at our hospitals. However, it is important to us that our service is the same in both busy and quieter periods. Therefore, Capio's Quality Council has initiated work on the focus points of the LUP survey for the organization, so that our patients can be even more satisfied with their visits to us.
