Introduction
Andreas Kappel is subspecialized in knee surgery and performs more than 250 knee surgical procedures annually.
He is a consultant at Aalborg University Hospital, where he is responsible for the treatment of complications in connection with knee replacement surgery, including replacement of loose and worn knee prostheses and treatment of knee prosthesis infections.
Since 2013, Andreas has been a consultant at Capio (formerly Privathospitalet Skørping).
Andreas is particularly interested in:
Surgical treatment of degenerative knee disorders with total or partial knee replacement.
Axis-correcting knee surgery.
Replacement of worn knee prostheses (revision).
Treatment of infection in knee replacements.
