Department physician at the Department of Clinical Neurophysiology at Glostrup Hospital since 2008, consultant physician since 2010.

From 2011-2016 consultant responsible for EEG and epilepsy monitoring at Glostrup Hospital.

From 2010-2018 consultant neurophysiologist at Roskilde Hospital.

Since 2019, consultant responsible for dystonia at Rigshospitalet, Department of Clinical Neurophysiology, and neurophysiology consultant at Capio Hellerup.

Has worked scientifically at the Children's Hospital of Michigan, USA.

Krisztina Benedek has an extensive scientific output with more than 40 publications, mostly on brain function in acute brain injury, epilepsy, aging, brain blood flow and brain energy metabolism.
