Practical information

Capio Private Hospital is centrally located in the center of Odense with a view of Brandts Klædefabrik and the city's pedestrian streets. From Odense Railway Station, the distance to the private hospital is only 1 km.

You must arrange your own transportation to and from the hospital.

Driving

If you are unable to book your own repatriation, we can help you book Falck, Taxi or Flextrafik.

If you have been referred from a public hospital, you may be eligible for mileage reimbursement. Contact your home hospital or patient advisor for help with this.

Public transportation

It is possible to get to the hospital by both bus and light rail, where it is about a 400 meter walk from the stops to Capio Odense.

Parking

You can also park in the underground parking garage under the private hospital.

If you are in hospital or undergoing surgery, you can park for free for 24 hours in the parking garage under Capio, on the lower floor (floor -2) of the parking garage.

IMPORTANT!!! You must go to the reception upon arrival to ensure that your parking is registered correctly. Failure to do so may result in a parking ticket.
