With the treatment guarantee, you as a patient are entitled to be examined or treated within 30 days. If the waiting time in the public sector is longer than 30 days, you can be examined, assessed and treated by us.
If you are a public patient, you can now once again make use of the Extended Free Choice of Hospital, which allows you to be treated at a private hospital if the waiting time in the public sector is more than 30 days.

If you are a self-payer/private patient, you can, as always, quickly come to us for a preliminary examination and treatment without a referral from your own doctor or hospital. Imaging examinations are excluded (X-rays, including DEXA scans, ultrasound scans, mammography and MRI scans, including prostate scans), as these require a referral.
