Steen Bo Kalms

Steen Bo Kalms is a recognized shoulder specialist with 20 years of experience as a specialist in orthopaedic surgery. He performs approx. 350 shoulder surgeries annually, of which approx. 20 are major surgeries in the form of new shoulder joints and other highly specialized procedures.

Steen Bo has previously worked as a doctor for the Danish national men's handball team and has been affiliated with Capio (formerly Privathospitalet Skørping) since 1995.

Ole Gade Sørensen

Ole Gade Sørensen is a specialist in orthopaedic surgery, PhD. In addition to general competencies within orthopaedic surgery, Ole Gade Sørensen has special competencies within sports traumatology knee surgery, such as cruciate ligament surgery, other surgical procedures, overuse injuries, etc.

In addition to his employment at Capio Viborg, Ole Gade Sørensen is employed at the Sports Clinic, Aarhus University Hospital.

Ole Gade Sørensen has been (and still is) active in research in the field of ACL surgery at Aarhus University and University Hospital. He has defended his PhD thesis on the same subject at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Aarhus University.

Andreas Kappel

Andreas Kappel is subspecialized in knee surgery and performs more than 250 knee surgical procedures annually.
He is a consultant at Aalborg University Hospital, where he is responsible for the treatment of complications in connection with knee replacement surgery, including replacement of loose and worn knee prostheses and treatment of knee prosthesis infections.
Since 2013, Andreas has been a consultant at Capio (formerly Privathospitalet Skørping).

Allan Ibsen Sørensen is one of the country's leading experts in inserting artificial joints in the wrist, the base and middle joints of the fingers and the root joint of the thumb.

Michel Boeckstyns was born in 1949 in Belgium and has lived in Denmark since 1970.
For several years, Michel Boeckstyns has been at the forefront of Danish hand surgery and has introduced several new treatment techniques in Denmark.
